Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a bent for data. We've built some amazing software, but we have big plans for the future and we want your help. We're a small team so you'll have influence over all aspects of the product, working closely with the rest of the team.
We're building a culture of learning, and we're looking for engineers who share our vision. Our stack is simple, Python on the back, JS (React/D3) on the front. Play to your strengths and we'll build on the rest.
As an early engineer you'll have a huge influence over our long term product vision.
Design and implement features that communicate data-driven insights.
Help build and architect our systems and frameworks.

Data drives our product and the industry we're helping to create. As a data scientist at Starling you'll be putting together the insights and analytics that will drive decision making for all our customers. You'll work closely with our engineers, founders, and Customer Success team in giving them the data to support product.
We're looking for people with a strong background in statistics, machine learning, or NLP. As an early employee, you'll have the chance to wield the full Swiss Army Knife that comes under the umbrella of "data science".
As a plus, you'll have the chance to work in a team where the two founders are both battle-hardened data scientists, giving you the opportunity to learn and share what you have learned with the best in the field.

Communicating data heavy insights requires a unique mix of abilities. As our Customer Success Analyst you'll work closely with customers and our data team in extracting insight from their data and turning that into strategy.
